Welcome to the Functional Fitness program.

What Is Functional Fitness:

Squat. Lunge. Hinge. Walk. Rotate. Push. Pull. These are the 7 functional movement skills we use in everyday life. Functional Fitness trains all of these movements in a unique, fun, challenging, and inspiring way.

Are you afraid to start your journey to a healthier lifestyle because you think it will be too difficult? Or maybe you’ve tried following healthy practices before, but had to quit because it just wasn’t any fun? The answer to jumpstarting your journey to healthy living, all while enjoying every moment of it, is literally one click away.

Each program block contains the following 4 workouts:

1. PULL - trains the PULL muscles - biceps, back, hamstrings, glutes

2. PUSH - trains the PUSH muscles - chest, shoulders, triceps, quadriceps

3. CORE - you guessed it - we’re working the core. Our most important, stabilizing muscles where all movements start from

4. Functional skills - focuses on all the 7 functional movement skills together

Even though each program block has workouts in these same 4 categories, each program block release has a different theme, or workout protocol.
